For customers
For the legal relationship between SSB-Maschinenbau GmbH and the customer in connection with the deliveries and / or services of SSB following terms and conditions apply exclusively:
- For domestic business:
- For foreign business: LMW conditions (LMW 188A)
- For repair and services: VDMA conditions for repairs to machines and systems for domestic business
The above conditions are available from SSB Maschinenbau on request.
General terms and conditions or purchasing conditions of the customer only apply if SSB has expressly agreed to them in writing. The mutually agreed written declarations are decisive for the scope of the deliveries and / or services.
