SSB Service Competence

Whether maintenance, repair or training, the competent SSB team will ensure a trouble-free future for your machining center. To meet these demands, we have expanded our service area. We react quickly to the demands of our customers and are quickly available via remote maintenance or are personally on site at short notice.

Remote service

SSB offers a particularly valuable service for its customers with its short-notice remote service. This means that machine problems can be rectified at short notice, without the need for specialist personnel to travel to the site, in order to get your production running smoothly again.

Machine inspection

A thorough inspection of your machining center is the basis for successful upcoming maintenance. We inspect your machine, record the condition, organize the spare parts required to ensure that the upcoming repair is carried out as quickly as possible.

Machine maintenance

The maintenance of your SSB machining center should become an integral part of your production and manufacturing philosophy. Customers who have their system serviced regularly by SSB certify that we have a high machine availability of up to 99.8% according to DIN.

Following an individual, customer-oriented checklist, the function of your machine tool is checked and maintained accordingly.. . Spare parts that are found to be defective during inspection are installed and tested within a maintenance time window provided for this purpose. After an extensive test program followed by production support, the system is handed back to the customer.

On request, we can draw up a maintenance contract under which maintenance is carried out at planned intervals.
